- For custom itineraries, we recommend reaching out 6-8 months prior to your desired departure date for most destinations. Some destinations require additional planning time (e.g. up to 12 months), but we can also work within a 3-month window in some cases.
- If you’re considering Enchantée Travel, reach out as soon as possible so we can ensure availability and viability of all the things you want to enjoy!
- Trips with a desired departure date within less than 60 days depend greatly on availability and are subject to an expedited planning fee.
We do not book with these companies since we cannot guarantee that the host will still be viable at the time of your travel. We do coordinate villa rentals, chateaux, chalets, and other specialty properties that immerse you in the local experience!
For airfare, yes, we encourage you to use your points/miles to book your own air, when available. Regrettably, we cannot book accommodation (hotels, resorts) with points as our full-service travel offering ensures you get advisor-access to premier rates, exclusive amenities, etc. that would otherwise not be available.
